Our story.
Your mind needs
resistance too.
For most of human history, everyday life required physical labor.
Then machines changed how we worked. As physical activity disappeared from our daily lives, we created gyms to exercise the muscles we were no longer using.
AI is beginning to create the same change for our minds.
We increasingly rely on technology to write, calculate, remember, research, and solve problems for us. These tools make us more productive—but they can also give us fewer reasons to think through difficult problems ourselves.
Mind Reps gives your mind a place to do the work. What you don’t use,
you risk losing.
Mind Reps is built around a simple idea: the mind needs resistance, repetition, and recovery just like the body.
Each workout challenges a different combination of mental abilities through exercises that adapt to your performance.
You don’t need to stop using AI.
You just need to keep using your mind. This is training—not testing.
You don’t go to the gym because your body has failed.
You go because you want to keep it capable.
Mind Reps approaches the mind the same way. There is no final judgment of whether you are smart. There are different mental abilities, and each can be challenged through deliberate practice.
Every difficult question is another rep.
Every mistake is feedback.
Every workout is an opportunity to think for yourself. Why Mind Reps?
Physical strength is built one repetition at a time.
Mental strength works the same way.
Every calculation you complete in your head, idea you explain in your own words, and difficult problem you work through is a repetition for your mind.
We call them Mind Reps. The machines of the Industrial Revolution reduced the need for physical labor. In response, we created gyms to keep our bodies strong.
AI is reducing the need for mental labor.
Mind Reps is where we continue doing the work.AI should extend your mind—not replace it.
Mind Reps isn’t anti-AI.
AI is one of the most powerful tools humans have ever created. But the stronger our tools become, the more intentional we must be about the abilities we want to preserve.
The goal isn’t to beat AI at being a machine.
The goal is to remain a capable human.
